One Year Anniversary of Racist Jessica Jonathan Yaniv Simpson Video
September 10 is celebrated for many things such as the first episode of the X Files in 1993 or being National TV Diner Day. It is also the same date that Jessica Yaniv roared out of a BC courthouse looking every inch the angry fat Jewish man in a dress 2 sizes too small and started spewing racial epithets at Drea Humphrey, a reporter for Rebel News. Not only did Yaniv call her a N***** many times but also threatened her child. With such criminal behaviour caught on camera and Yaniv’s well documented history of racial animus towards black & brown Canadians, many thought it would just be a matter of time before he was charged with hate crimes. Today is the anniversary of that shameful, public episode and the BC Crown still has not charged Yaniv. I guess wearing fake tits and putting on a hideous Temu dress makes Jon immune to legal accountability?
The question being asked around the world is WHY?
The video clip has been seen an estimated 10 million times to date (counting all sources.) Comments have been posted in a multitude of languages! (Thank heaven for Google Translate.)
The one consistent question is why has the BC government not acted?
Is it because the reporter works for Rebel News – a perennial pain in the ass of the BC NDP Government? Is it because Yaniv claims to be trans? Claims to be Jewish and somehow Metis? Claims to be disabled? (Is being morbidly fat really a disability?) How does he collect multiple disabled pensions? What would charging him reveal in court?
Yaniv not being charged has emboldened him to harass and threaten to sue not only many local small businesses, health care professionals & academics but to threaten to slit their throats or shoot them (just ask BillBoard Chris or the seniors he has assaulted) and all without any criminal charges or consequences. The only consequences of his actions he has faced this year have been in the legal area – his victims have started requesting costs and damages when he loses his vexatious legal actions. Not that Hung Long will get their $500.

The only upside to this video, days later (after claiming he was actually using a Korean word and not the N word) Jon put his social media (X accounts @SFUJessica & @ServiceDogRexy and his Instagram) to private. His alternate account @SFUResearch is still public but he often deletes the tweets after he harasses someone.
Thankfully, we, the public, don’t have to see his posts full of hatred and lies. Not that we would, he has less than 600 followers on X. He still posts bullshit on Facebook but the bulk of those Facebook followers are former Cimorelli fans after he took over their fan account. The rest are folks that love to send us screenshots. Bless their hearts.
Stay under that giant boulder you are hiding under Yaniv.
Note: Drea Humphrey did claim in August 2024 to have filed complaints against Yaniv in the matter of stalking, posting her address and photos of her house, and for Jon’s claim of possessing photos of her children – Drea claimed to add the September 10th, 2024 incident to the police file. It is a year later and nothing seems to have been done to stop Yaniv.
